To go deeper with God, you've got to slow down. How do I slow down, you ask?

The Sabbath Movement is based on using three Brakes to help you decelerate each week to a gentle pause. Each brake has a  component of iPause and wePause and we sincerely believe they will help put you on a track to a more intentional engagement with God each week.  They help you definitively begin your encounter with Him. You're signaling to God, I'm ready to begin our time together. I'm ready to pay attention to You. It's making a “to-do” of the Sabbath.

The Brakes aren’t limited to these three and we encourage you to develop some of your own. (You know the best ways to make yourself decelerate.)
